| Description : |
Senior Technical Trainer opportunities available
Conduct classes primarily at customer locations within the United States, Canada and India. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of WCDMA Core Network Engineering. Design and develop course materials as needed.
Meet with customers and perform Competence Gap Analysis to determine education needs. Act as mentor for Organized Training Methodology(OTM) and deliveries.
Delivery of training through distance-learning tools, Evaluate customer training requirements and ensure timely training delivery.
Education and Experience
· 4-year college degree BS and or MS in Software / Telecommunication/IT engineering or equivalent work experience
· 5 year experience in engineering/design or O&M training delivery.
· 3-5 years experience in GSM and WCDMA RF Engineering
· 3-5 years experience in technical instruction
· Experience with Nokia, Alcatel Lucent and Ericsson OSS and TEMS platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Interest in applying cutting-edge education tools and techniques
· Ability to understand and develop new training courses as per customer requirements.
Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:
· Strong understanding of Data communication, GSM / 3G / 4G networking and OSI model.
· Hands on GSM, UMTS and IMS training deliveries highly preferred.
· Knowledge of 3GPP, ITU-T, UMA, UMTS, IMS and IETF standards.
· Operate various test equipments, protocol monitors and traffic generators.
· Oral and written communication capabilities.
· Presentation skills highly required.
