IMS Solution Architects opportunities available

Interact with IMS customers to analyze the scope/requirements and define a tailored solution, including integration to the existing networks and solutions
Identify the impacts as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution
Plan, design and deliver solutions that improve the customer network in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user-services, and competence built up etc.
Identify add on sales opportunities via a close cooperation with the customer in the delivery project
Interact with customer, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organization
Member of the Core 3 team and/or participate in the delivery project

Education and Experience

4-year college degree BS and or MS in Software / Telecommunication/IT engineering or equivalent work experience
5 year experience in engineering, design and development
3-5 years experience in technical solutions

Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

Ability to work under pressure in the presence of the customer
Available to travel internationally with short notice
3-5 years experience in GSM, WCDMA and IMS Service delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in applying cutting-edge education tools and techniques
Ability to understand and develop new process and procedures as per customer requirements.
To succeed in this role, it is essential to re-use/share knowledge with your peers. You are also expected to act as mentor for less experienced members of the team.
Earlier experience in Solution Architect role
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of the Nokia, Alcatel Lucent and Ericsson IMS solutions
Experience of integration of complex systems in customer environments
Knowledge of IMS Architecture, IMS Common system and related nodes/protocols, IP networking, Linux/Unix, TSP
Broad knowledge of Telecommunication Networks from Service and Application Layer through to Backbone.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
