Profile of S.Shankarnarayan - Chief Technical Advisor
Shankarnarayan has wide experience of more than 50 years in transmission & switching areas of telecommunication. He has worked as part of core network team for the development of software-controlled class 5 switches, in erstwhile Telecom Research Centre (TRC) & Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT).
Shankarnarayan was responsible for implementation of CCS7/ISDN in the CDOT’s digital switch, for national specifications of CCS7 & CDOT’s participation in ITU-T meetings of working & study groups. Worked in CDOT in various capacities from inception in 1984 & until 1991.
Shankarnarayan Joined Ericsson’s branch office in India in 1992 & was responsible for the validation of the AXE switch & wide-scale induction of the same into the national network of the DOT. He was also responsible for the approval of the Ericsson’s GSM switch & also their SMPS system. Worked in Ericsson India in various capacities until 1998.
Shankarnarayan was actively involved in training activities in TRC, CDOT & Ericsson India. He was a free-lance consultant since 1998 for various telecom software & operating companies until 2007.
In 2008 he becomes CTA of TrilliumWorld LLC.
Profile of Jerry Rodriguez – Director of Telecom
Jerry Rodriguez is one of the world’s leading GSM and UMTS experts. He has authored and published two Ericsson S/W trouble shooting guides and more than 15 manuals on Ericsson customer support and database management.
Jerry is a popular lecturer, teacher and a frequent speaker at Ericsson World and other international telecommunication conferences.
As a corporate software developer, Jerry has worked with numerous Fortune 500 corporations creating robust network architectures for business-critical systems. Jerry served as Group Manager of Ericsson FSO and offered popular remote FSC services.
Jerry is also a noted expert on Nortel and Ericsson 3G technology systems, and he has been instrumental in the development of numerous Web-based systems that support thousands of concurrent NOC users.
